If you give me any personal info, just remember I now have that info, there is no contract, I can utilize it if I wish (which I won’t abuse unless you fuck with me) . Under the table payments for anything of any sort will not be recorded. 

Under the table payments come at the risk that the money can possibly NOT make it back to you. But I hope you trust me enough, I will give refunds for poor quality.
